The Powerful Force of Space and Freedom

Sarah Stone sits down with Jules Kelly and Claire Morton to speak about how the unrelenting demands of everyday life never stop and even though you can’t change that, you can change your response to it by creating more Space and Freedom.
Meet the duo on a mission to empower, educate and inspire people globally to live life on their own terms, with freedom to pursue their passions, with the space to grow, thrive and be. Claire Morton and Jules Kelly, who are leadership and wellbeing experts, have a collective of 50 plus years experience.
“
We believe that everyone deserves to live a life that aligns with their values and brings them joy and fulfilment.
”
This powerful duo came together a couple of years ago, to launch Space and Freedom® and here, they share with Intentional Living Magazine their individual journeys, their collective mission and the revolutionary way they are supporting people globally to break-free from poor habits, pain, stress and trauma, in order to live life to the fullest.
Their collaboration is about joy, alignment, intention, and flow. Space and Freedom® was launched to help individuals achieve a life that aligns with their values, brings them joy and fulfilment. They both believe in the power of two human beings coming together with a shared passion to create something life-changing.
Space and Freedom’s unique approach is their holistic and collaborative guidance. They hold space and time to create conscious awareness, enabling intentional identification of the freedom and life people want to live. Jules emphasises that everyone can choose the life they want, and they don’t have to fit into a patriarchal society that conditions them. Their aim is to empower people to break free from the treadmill of life and societal expectations. Space and Freedom believes that finding freedom and flexibility is a choice available to all, even if not everyone feels they have that choice.
“
Living with fibromyalgia syndrome (FMS) can be a challenging and painful experience.
”
Jules, who personally battled with this chronic pain condition for 12 years, found it difficult to get the medical attention and validation she needed. She discovered that trauma could play a significant role in causing this condition, and as a result, Jules embarked on a personal development journey to take control of her body and wellbeing. Through alternative and complementary approaches, Jules created The Life Freedom Method®, a program that focuses on education about the human body and its functionality. The program includes balance, hormonal health, reducing toxic load, hydration, stress, meditation, nutrition, Human Design, and Belief Coding, all of which are science-backed and have been proven to work for Jules and others.
Despite being highly qualified and experienced, the challenge for Jules and her team is to have their method recognised by the “system”, which is driven by medicine and academics. However, they have conducted a successful pilot clinical trial in conjunction with Liverpool University and the NHS Walton Centre. The trial, which involved patients with fibromyalgia who were members of the Police Service, showed “outstanding” results in just 12 weeks. These patients no longer met the criteria for being classified as disabled, and the lead consultant advised that the antibody blood test results would also show positive results.
Jules and her team are motivated by such results and are committed to breaking the norms and using their skills, personalities, passion, and drive to open doors for their altruistic work. While it may not be plain sailing, they are dedicated to changing lives and reaching millions with The Life Freedom Method®.
“
We are totally committed to breaking down barriers and opening up these doors so that we can help influence change and introduce choice to those people currently living in chronic pain without hope.
”
Whether it’s overcoming a pain condition, finding your purpose, or overcoming limiting beliefs, their approach of educating, empowering, guiding, and supporting individuals is a real life changer. They understand that each person is different, with unique wants, needs, and challenges. They know that their method works for everyone in some positive way, and they have witnessed real-life transformations through their program.
Space and Freedom® is revolutionising the wellbeing and health industry with their holistic approach that provides deep transformation for individuals and businesses. According to Claire, their primary focus remains on working with corporate companies and individual clients, offering inclusive and diverse modalities that bring a new perspective to the table.
The goal is to create awareness and reach more people to live without chronic illness and disease. They plan to achieve this by investing in clinical trials that will prove the efficacy of their Life Freedom Method®. Jules is excited about their mission to empower, educate, and inspire people to live life on their own terms, with the freedom to pursue their passions. To achieve their goal, they are calling for support from people who believe in their cause and want to influence groundbreaking holistic approaches to wellbeing. Whether it’s contributing to their fundraiser or working with them on a personal or business level, everyone can join their movement to change and impact millions of lives.
In a spirit of collaboration, Jules of Space and Freedom® expressed her desire to work with Lady Gaga, a high-profile person living with fibromyalgia, and share their Life Freedom Method® to help her and others who suffer from chronic pain.
Claire and Jules share how you can create more Space and Freedom® in your life:
Prioritise Your Health
Self-care and wellness start with prioritising your health. Set aside specific time each day for activities you genuinely enjoy that promote well-being.
Move More
Incorporate exercise and movement into your daily routine. Even a short walk or a yoga session can release endorphins, reduce stress, and boost your well-being.
Practice Mindfulness
Embrace mindfulness techniques like meditation and deep breathing exercises to calm the mind, gain clarity, and enhance mental, physical, and emotional well-being.
Eat a Balanced Diet
Nourish your body with a healthy, balanced, and colourful diet. Include plenty of fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, healthy fats, and stay hydrated with 2 litres of clean water daily.
Get Enough Sleep
Prioritise restful sleep, listening to your body’s unique needs. Aim for seven to eight hours of sleep per night to feel refreshed and energised throughout the day. Create a serene bedroom environment conducive to relaxation and free of distractions.
Simplify Your Schedule
Delegate tasks and set realistic goals to simplify your schedule. Avoid over-committing and learn to say no to projects that don’t align with your values and goals.
Take Time for Self-Care
Make self-care a priority by indulging in activities that relax and rejuvenate you. Treat yourself to a hot bath, engage in a favourite hobby, spend quality time with loved ones, or enjoy some playful moments. Remember, nurturing yourself is essential for overall well-being.
Founders of Space and Freedom share their final thoughts:
We encourage you to embrace each day with a spirit of FUN and PLAYFULNESS, as these qualities are the essence of life’s true joys.
Through their expert guidance and passionate commitment, Claire and Jules complementary skills, knowledge and life experience is a perfect match to deliver the type of coaching that they wished they could have had in their earlier years.
Their desire is to work with people that are brave enough to be pioneers of change and are ready to reap the rewards for that bravery.
